Until the 4th of May at the Arsenal of the Czartoryski Museum Arsenal (ul. Pijarska 8) will host twenty works by the master sculptor Antonio Canova (1757-1822). One of the most eminent representatives of classicism, the Italian sculptor worked in Venice, Rome, Wien and Paris . Inspired most by Hellenistic sculpture, most of his works relate to mythology and the main attraction should be a marble sculpture of Prince Henry Lubomirski as Cupid.

And after a long day visiting, tastino, listening, cherishing all Cracow ha sto offer in may, we recommend an after dinner at the Harris Piano Jazz Club, one of the best places to head for if you’re in search of an evening of quality jazz.  Many local talents have performed there, whilst a host of established stars regularly drop by to have a jam. For classic jazz, be there on Tuesdays; for jam sessions on Thursdays, whilst Fridays for Blues. On Saturdays there are big concerts from well known Polish and international names. Small cover charge is the norm.

Once you are done will all this stuff, guys, you’ll need a secure, warm place to rest.

Consider booking in advance your accommodation if you wish to get a central location and the best price!  Anyways, you will be happy to know that this voice of your trip won’t suck all your pocket up! They all offer clean, colourful and comfy rooms at very budget prices. Meaning from about 7 euros per person per night with breakfast! Fair enough?
